Sustainability paths, business models and impact measurement methodologies that consider the specific features of SMEs capitalising on good business practices at national, European and international level. This is SIMPLE, an innovative Erasmus+ Project that aims also to identify the relevant skills necessary to establish such a transformation path inside SME.

IO1 - TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL BUSINESS INNOVATION
We have designed a new training program, defining the teaching methods, the criteria to select learners, the assessment methods, evaluation of the learning outcomes achieved through a didactic path based on the following 3 dimensions (cognitive, operational and behavioural).
In particular, the IO1 was split into 3 sub-tasks as follows:

FIELD ANALYSIS
• definition of the analysis methodology
• design of questionnaires and management tools for the Focus Groups
• identification of experts and business representatives to be involved in Focus Groups
• realisation of the Focus Groups in the territorial contexts of the partnership
• national reports on the outcomes of the Focus Groups

LEARNING PROGRAM
On the basis of the findings that emerged, the experts of the partnership have designed the new training program, defining the involved competencies in terms of knowledge and abilities, teaching Methodologies and tools for the evaluation of the learning outcomes.
• detailed design of the modules being taught
• definition of the structure of the training course and its articulation
• definition of the applied methodologies
• definition of the evaluation process and related tools

TESTING
What happens next!
60 workers from Italy, Greece, Spain, Slovenia and Bulgaria will be involved in the testing of the materials developed
